I think the reason people go back to each other after they’ve been hurt, used, and treated wrongly, is because you think about all you went through to build some sort of relationship up. You think about all of those things you did to get them and all the things you gave up to be with them. All of that can’t possibly go to waste? You don’t miss them, you missed the comfort you had knowing you had someone. Of course you don’t miss the bad stuff. I think the reason people go back to each other is because no matter how wrong they are for each other, they don’t know how to find the person that’s right for them anymore.
